Every Keepsake is individually created just for you ♡

Please allow 2–4 weeks for your order to be completed before it is ready to be shipped.

This timeframe is for the creation of your custom artwork and does not include shipping time.

once your keepsake is ready

As soon as your order has been completed and packed, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details so you can follow it on its way to you.

Shipping timeframes shown at checkout begin from the date your order is dispatched, not the date your order is placed.

shipping delays

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery timeframes are managed by the shipping carrier and may occasionally be affected by delays outside of our control.

If your parcel appears to be significantly delayed or lost in transit, please get in touch and we'll do our best to help.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible.

If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll do our best to update the address for you.

express shipping

Choosing Express Post at checkout speeds up the delivery of your parcel once your Keepsake has been completed and dispatched.

Express shipping does not fast-track the creation of your artwork or move your order ahead of others in our production queue.
