by using our website or placing an order with Keepsakes, you agree to the following terms.

We've kept them as simple as possible, but please have a read before ordering ♡

custom artwork

each Keepsake is individually created using the photograph(s) and personalisation details you provide.

our portraits are created in our signature artistic style and involve creative interpretation of your photograph. By placing an order, you acknowledge that your finished artwork may not be an exact photographic reproduction.

we do not provide proofs or an approval stage as part of our standard process. Subjective changes to artistic details are not included with your purchase.

your photos

you are responsible for providing clear, suitable photographs for your artwork.

by uploading a photograph, you confirm that you have the right or permission to use that image for the purpose of creating your Keepsake.

if we don't believe a photograph is suitable, we may contact you and request an alternative before beginning your artwork.

personalisation

please check all names, spelling, photographs and other details carefully before submitting your order.

we create your Keepsake based on the information you provide and cannot be responsible for errors contained in customer-supplied information.

creation timeframes

as each piece is custom made,

please allow approximately 2–4 weeks for your Keepsake to be completed.

this is an estimated creation timeframe and does not include shipping.

during particularly busy periods, completion may occasionally take a little longer.

orders + payment

all prices displayed on our website are in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

payment must be successfully completed before we begin creating your order.

we reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary, including where there has been a pricing or website error, we are unable to fulfil the order, or the content submitted is inappropriate or cannot reasonably be used to create the requested artwork.

if we cancel an order that has already been paid for, the applicable amount will be refunded.

cancellations + refunds

because our products are personalised and made to order, cancellations, returns and refunds for change of mind are not available once your order has entered production.

copyright + use of artwork

the purchase of a Keepsake is for personal use and does not transfer copyright or intellectual property rights in the artwork.

keepsakes retains copyright in the original artwork and design. Artwork may not be reproduced, resold, commercially used or altered for commercial purposes without our written permission.

you are, of course, welcome to photograph and share your Keepsake for personal use ♡

website content

all artwork, designs, branding, photographs, graphics and other original content displayed on the Keepsakes website remain the property of their respective rights holders and may not be copied, reproduced or commercially used without permission.

Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available to you under the Australian Consumer Law.

changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The terms that apply to your purchase are those available on our website at the time your order is placed.
