Choose a clear, well lit photo where we can easily see your pet's face and features.

Photos taken around eye level usually work beautifully. Natural light is ideal, and the sharper the original image, the more little details we have to work with.

Try to avoid blurry photos, heavy filters, screenshots or images where important features are cropped out.

If you're choosing between a few favourites, pick the one that feels most like them. ♡

Your order includes your finished physical print only; digital artwork files are not provided.

We’ll keep your illustration on file for 6 months from your original order, so it can be reused on eligible Keepsakes pieces during that time. ♡

Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for your portrait to be designed and printed. This does not include delivery time.
