Your keepsake is created using the photo and personalisation details provided with your order, interpreted in our signature watercolour doodle style.

We don't provide artwork proofs or an approval stage before your piece is completed. By placing an order, you're trusting our creative process and interpretation of your photograph.

As every portrait is individually illustrated, there will naturally be differences between your photograph and the finished artwork. Preferences relating to features, expression, positioning, colour or other stylistic details aren't considered faults and aren't eligible for a refund, replacement or revision.

Of course, if we've made an error with the personalisation you've provided, that's on us and we'll make it right.

Please take a moment to check your selected photo, names, spelling and any other personalisation before submitting your order.

If you notice a mistake after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. If we haven't started creating your keepsake, we'll do our best to update it for you.

Once we've begun creating your artwork, we may not be able to make changes to your order.

If your keepsake arrives damaged, faulty, or we've made an error with your order, please contact us with your order number and photos of the issue so we can help.

We'll review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, remedy or refund in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
