The one you already love. Bright, clear and close enough to see their eyes, whiskers + all those little details is perfect. Screensaver favourites are always encouraged.
We’re unable to work from blurry, out-of-focus or heavily pixelated images, as we need to be able to clearly see the little details that make them, them. If you’re unsure whether your photo will work, send it our way before ordering and we’ll happily take a look. ♡
Each keepsake is illustrated individually, so please allow approximately 2–4 weeks for your portrait to be created before it’s on its way to you.
This timeframe is for creation only and does not include delivery time.
Absolutely. Our Duo Keepsake Portrait is made for two pets, illustrated together in one keepsake.

We don’t send proofs as part of our standard process.
Your portrait is created from the photo you provide in our signature soft watercolour style, so choosing a photo you already love is the best place to start.
