Choose a clear, well lit photo where we can easily see your pet's face and features.

Photos taken around eye level usually work beautifully. Natural light is ideal, and the sharper the original image, the more little details we have to work with.

Try to avoid blurry photos, heavy filters, screenshots or images where important features are cropped out.
